St Margaret’s Art Centre, Braemar

Iridescence completed a feasibility study to assess the viability of £2m+ conversion of an A-listed church in Braemar into an arts centre. Working in partnership with Tourism UK, we came up with a viable model for the centre based on local and national partnership-working and maximising commercial income. Providing crystal clear evidence of demand and a practical strategy for delivery was central to the value of our consultancy.
